Our Honeymoon to the Dominican Republic
We left right after our reception and drove to the Holiday Inn at JFK International Airport in Jamaica, New York. We stayed there for the night and did a park and fly so we were able to leave the car there. We flew out at around 10 am the following morning and returned at around 4 pm a week later. We stayed at the Luperon Beach Resort, but we also rented a car to be able to drive around the northeastern corner of the Dominican Republic. Even though it was overcast or raining for most of the week, we still had a wonderful time and enjoyed a much needed vacation.
